Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To start a return, email us at kugoodss@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll share the instructions.
Exceptions
Personalized/custom items (e.g., custom cards/messages) are non-returnable, except for defects or our error.
Digital products (e.g., recipe e-book) are non-returnable once downloaded.
Return shipping
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping (we’ll provide a prepaid label).
For change-of-mind returns, customer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, typically within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
Damaged/incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.
