Order Processing

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT are processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free U.S. Standard Shipping on orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax).

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
If your cart includes heavy or oversized items, the shipping cost shown at checkout reflects the carrier’s surcharge.
Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

If you need to correct your address, email kugoodss@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be re-shipped; additional postage may apply.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot predict or control these fees. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order or backordered items ship by the estimated date shown on the product page.

If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at our discretion (you will not be charged extra for the split shipment).
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited services.

Some items may have destination restrictions due to carrier or regulatory rules.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Carrier delays (weather, peak season, customs) are outside our control.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.

For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a carrier claim.
